Healy is a German Company While not a new product....they are new to the USA, so there are a few hiccups currently. There has been a massive number of orders! There is great demand for this awesome technology. So be patient and feel free to contact me with any problems.
Credit Cards: some are saying that their fraud department is stopping transactions. You may need to contact your CC company and tell them you are making a large purchase from Germany. Do not keep trying...I don't want you to be charged multiple times! (I'm sharing this info - but myself and the few I've helped order have had NO issues with this)
Address - Check your address and look to see if it shows the state. It seems that the system is not saving the state and you often need to edit the address. IF THE STATE IS NOT THERE - then click the "Check now" button and select the state again, save it.
To get back to your checkout, click "Shop" at the top and then the shopping cart icon at the top right and "checkout"
When you login to back office - on the left toolbar "My Tools" "My Downloads" there are pdfs of manuals and brochures....you may find these helpful and good to read while you wait for your new Healy to arrive
